Membership Terms & Conditions

1) Registration and Payment

Registration is valid upon submission of the online registration form, which creates a binding obligation to pay the course fees.
 Fees are automatically charged every 4 weeks via Stripe or GoCardless, depending on your chosen payment method. Non-attendance (due to illness, vacation, or other reasons) does not release the member from the payment obligation. Any changes to address or bank account must be reported to the dance school immediately. For minors, a legal guardian must sign.

2) Cancellation

Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].

• Standard plans (BASIC, SEMI, KIDS): 4 weeks’ notice before the end of the chosen term. If not terminated on time, the subscription automatically renews for another 4-week period.
• Flexible plan (FLEX): Termination is possible at the end of any 4-week billing cycle.

All cancellations affect future payments only; past payments are non-refundable.

3) Extraordinary Termination

The contract may be terminated extraordinarily with a 2-week notice period to the end of the month in the following cases:

1. The student is unable to attend due to an accident, supported by a medical certificate.
2. A disease prevents attendance for more than 12 weeks, verified by a medical certificate.
3. A price increase occurs.
4. Relocation exceeds 30 km from the dance school.

Retroactive termination is not possible. Changes of teachers or relocation of premises within the same district do not entitle members to early termination or fee reduction.

4) Course Changes

We reserve the right to modify the course program, reschedule or combine classes. We also reserve the right to cancel courses if the minimum number of participants is not reached or for other important reasons. In such cases, remaining course fees will be refunded accordingly.

5) Data & Payment Processing

Personal data (name, email, bank details) will be used for membership management, communication, invoicing, and automatic payment processing via Stripe or GoCardless. By registering, members consent to this data processing in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6) Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a membership, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
